    I love you Lucy.

    Lucy,

I love you, and I know that you THINK that your doing the right thing, however, keeping the law itself wont save anyone that is true, ONLY Messiah can save us, and impart His righteousness to us, but the law does have a purpose, it identifies what SIN really is, it tells us righteousness from unrighteousness, and it leads us to Messiah Who can take away a person's sins.

This is WHY the law is upheld by all of the Apostles of the scriptures.

    Thumbs down

    Lucy,

Have you ever heard of a woman named Helena Blavatsky?

Helena Petrovna Blavatsky (Russian: Еле́на Петро́вна Блава́тская, Yelena Petrovna Blavatskaya; 12 August [O.S. 31 July] 1831 8 May 1891) was a Russian occultist, philosopher, and author who co-founded the Theosophical Society in 1875. She gained an international following as the leading theoretician of Theosophy, the esoteric religion that the society promoted.

Born into an aristocratic Russian-German family in Yekaterinoslav, Ukraine, Blavatsky traveled widely around the Russian Empire as a child. Largely self-educated, she developed an interest in Western esotericism during her teenage years. According to her later claims, in 1849 she embarked on a series of world travels, visiting Europe, the Americas, and India, claiming that during this period she encountered a group of spiritual adepts, the "Masters of the Ancient Wisdom", who sent her to Shigatse, Tibet, where they trained her to develop a deeper understanding of the synthesis of religion, philosophy and science. Both contemporary critics and later biographers have argued that some or all of these foreign visits were fictitious, and that she spent this period in Europe. By the early 1870s, Blavatsky was involved in the Spiritualist movement; although defending the genuine existence of Spiritualist phenomena, she argued against the mainstream Spiritualist idea that the entities contacted were the spirits of the dead. Relocating to the United States in 1873, she befriended Henry Steel Olcott and rose to public attention as a spirit medium, attention that included public accusations of fraudulence.

In New York City, Blavatsky co-founded the Theosophical Society with Olcott and William Quan Judge in 1875. In 1877 she published Isis Unveiled, a book outlining her Theosophical world-view. Associating it closely with the esoteric doctrines of Hermeticism and Neoplatonism, Blavatsky described Theosophy as "the synthesis of science, religion and philosophy", proclaiming that it was reviving an "Ancient Wisdom" which underlay all the world's religions. In 1880 she and Olcott moved to India, where the Society was allied to the Arya Samaj, a Hindu reform movement. That same year, while in Ceylon she and Olcott became the first Westerners to officially convert to Buddhism. Although opposed by the British administration, Theosophy spread rapidly in India but experienced internal problems after Blavatsky was accused of producing fraudulent paranormal phenomena. Amid ailing health, in 1885

She was a Russian occultist who also taught that that YHWH was really the devil, and that the devil, satan was the true GOD.

She taught this in a book called The Secret Doctrine.

You too have been promoting the same old thing.

Shabbat Shalom Eliyahu, can you please inform us HOW the Law LEADS us to Messiah, and HOW Messiah takes away a person's sins? Blessings in The Name, ImAHebrew/Ken.
Col 2:16 & 17 Teaches us that no "man" is to determine what we eat or drink, or how the Sabbath, Holy Days, and New Moon should be observed, instead, The Body of Messiah determines those things, just like what happened in Acts 15.

Now, The Body of Messiah determined that since Moses is READ every Sabbath in the Synagogues (Acts 15:21), the Gentiles would be able to HEAR (Luke 16:31, John 5:46-47), and then do those things to farewell (Acts 15:29). Those FOUR necessary commands that The Body of Messiah determined for the Gentiles, were FROM the Law of Moses. So do not let anyone deceive you into believing falsely about the Law of Moses.

Well Ken, you see all of this leads back to the question that I asked Spying, and he refused to answer it, and to acknowledge the truth regarding these scriptures below.

Spying, your not getting off this so easy.

    Who G3739 needeth G2192 G318 not G3756 daily, G2596 G2250 as G5618 those high priests, G749 to offer up G399 sacrifice, G2378 first G4386 for G5228 his own G2398 sins, G266 and then G1899 for the people's: G2992 for G1063 this G5124 he did G4160 once, G2178 when he offered up G399 himself. G1438 Hebrew 7:27.

Who needeth not daily, as those high priests, to offer up sacrifice, first for his own sins, and then for the people's: for this he/Messiah did once, when he offered up himself/G1438. Hebrews 7:27

So tell us Spying, what other word will you change this word""G1438-ἑαυτοῦ=Himself"" to in this verse, and Who is this verse referring to??

    http://www.blbclassic.org/search/tra...&page=10&t=KJV

    1.himself, herself, itself, themselves

    http://www.blbclassic.org/lang/lexic...gs=G1438&t=KJV

    Paul wrote:

For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh: Romans 8:3.

God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:

So tell everyone Mr. pretending Greek professor, if Messiah did not offer up/bear our sins in His own flesh/body on the Tree as the apostle Peter said and wrote in 1 Peter 2:24, then who's sins did He condemn in His flesh??

    Thumbs up Our High Priest!

    Hi EliYah,
Blessings to you through Messiah Yahushua, My YAHWEH and My ELOHIM!

How many times do you expect me to translate the Greek New Testament Scriptures for you without even a hint of admission from you that the KJV translation of the Greek Scriptures was translated by folks without any real knowledge of true Christianity. In other words, EliYah, the translation which you yourself imagine is so reliable is filled with the teachings of apostate Christianity.

Take for instance the KJV translation of Hebrews 7:27:

27 Who needeth not daily, as those high priests, to offer up sacrifice, first for his own sins, and then for the people's: for this he did once, when he offered up himself.

ἀναφέρω is found as the verb in the ending clause of the above sentence. The basic meaning of ἀναφέρω (G399) is simply "to bear or carry upwards". I fully understand that you believe just as all good Lutherans that scripture must interpret scripture. What do the words of Yahushua have to say about HIS lifting up while Messiah Yahushua walked this earth as a human being?:

    John 12:32-33
32 I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me.
33 This he said, signifying what death he should die.

Messiah Yahushua did not offer up HIMSELF on HIS Cross. This according to the true teaching of the Gospel was accomplished by you and me and every other sinner who has walked the face of this earth. According to the true teaching, Messiah Yahushua was our sacrifice. Messiah absolutely did not crucify HIMSELF.

So, to make a long story short, what is Hebrew 7:27 really talking about? I understand that chapter 27 of Hebrews is talking about the work of a High Priest after a totally different order than the Levitical Priesthood. This chapter speaks directly to a High Priest who belongs to a different order by view of HIS endless LIFE. This endless LIFE came about through the resurrection of My Messiah Yahushua; therefore, Hebrews 7:27 is not speaking about any activity of Messiah Yahushua prior to HIS Resurrection.

Therefore, you of necessity are proven to be quite wrong in your interpretation of the work of our High Priest, the resurrected Messiah Yahushua, after the Order of Melchizedek to refer to any activity which relates to HIS Cross.

Messiah Yahushua said this about HIS work:

    John 17:4
4 I have glorified thee on the earth: I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do.

What further words do you need, EliYah? The Cross of Messiah Yahushua is not the work of Messiah. It is the work of sinners like you and me.

What more can I say to you?

Thanking you in advance should you be moved to reply, I am,
    Sincerely, Latuwr

And where and when did I ask you to translate the Greek scriptures for me? And old buddy, if anyone is in apostacy of the written scriptures it's you, because you were born into it and reading an apostate catholic freemason version growing up.

ἀναφέρω is found as the verb in the ending clause of the above sentence. The basic meaning of ἀναφέρω (G399) is simply "to bear or carry upwards". I fully understand that you believe just as all good Lutherans that scripture must interpret scripture. There is no one good Mr. Pharisee, so says Messiah, and you have no respect for the written word 2 Peter 1:20, because no scripture is of anyone's private interpretation.

Messiah Yahushua did not offer up HIMSELF on HIS Cross.
And WHY will you NOT show is a verse of scripture saying, Messiah Yahushua did not offer up HIMSELF as you say??

    Messiah Yahushua was our sacrifice.
27 Who needeth not daily, as those high priests, to offer up sacrifice, first for his own sins, and then for the people's: for this he did once, when he offered up himself.
Boy do you like contradicting or opposing your own self 2 Timothy 2:25-26 and the plainly written scriptures, which is also absolute confusion.

So, to make a long story short, what is Hebrew 7:27 really talking about? I understand that chapter 27 of Hebrews is talking about the work of a High Priest after a totally different order than the Levitical Priesthood. I understand that chapter 27 of Hebrews is talking about the work of a High Priest after a totally different order than the Levitical Priesthood.
Well, please show us a chapter 27 of Hebrews? Smile.

therefore, Hebrews 7:27 is not speaking about any activity of Messiah Yahushua prior to HIS Resurrection
Oh, so according to you Hebrews 7:27 is not talking about Messiah at all??

By so much was Jesus made a surety of a better testament/covenant...But this man, because he continueth ever, hath an unchangeable priesthood. Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them.
    For such an high priest became us, who is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and made higher than the heavens;

Who needeth not daily, as those high priests, to offer up sacrifice, first for his own sins, and then for the people's: for this he/Jesus/ did once, when he offered up himself. Hebrews 7:22-27.

Therefore, you of necessity are proven to be quite wrong in your interpretation of the work of our High Priest, the resurrected Messiah Yahushua, after the Order of Melchizedek to refer to any activity which relates to HIS Cross.
And where have I given my own interpretation, when I only re-quote the scriptures, and why do you accuse me of the very thing that you do in violating 2 Peter 1:20?

What more can I say to you?
You can answer my question below, and let's see if you will admit to the truth of scripture as it is written.

Shalom Eliyahu, it really all boils down to the fact that you refuse to EXPOUND what is written in the Scriptures. All you can do is just "quote" verses without any expounding. Messiah and His Apostles EXPOUNDED what the Scriptures were saying, and you refuse to be like them. Again, expound to us HOW the Law LEADS you to Messiah, and expound to us HOW Messiah takes away your sin. Be an expounder, not just a quoter, and "open" to us the MEANING of what the Scriptures are saying. I have been very forthwith to you about this, and you refuse to follow suit.

Ken, the scriptures says what it means, and means what it says.

I have already shown and told you, and you wont believe it and have nothing of it, and you forking in your own ideas for Spying, which led to the confusion of Spying asking me: Why do you attribute to me the things of my Brother?

EliYah: I have no problem understanding the scriptures itself; and it seems as if Spying first has to discredit the OKJV first, before he can justify his own translation.

Making the Word Of Yah of no effect.

Spying places his own written oral traditions, as he calls it, above the very written scriptures itself like the Pharisees of old did Mark 7:9-13, and making the word of Yah of no effect through his own traditions.

Sorry, but many have used Scriptures inaccurately.

Shalom Eliyahu, no, you have NOT expounded to us the meaning of HOW the Law leads you to Messiah, neither have you expounded to us the explanation of HOW Messiah takes away your sin. All you do is quote Scriptures that state the Law leads us to Messiah and that Messiah takes away our sin, but not a word from you on HOW the Law leads you to Messiah or HOW Messiah takes away your sin.

When Yeshua EXPOUNDED to His Disciples concerning the Scriptures about Him, and where it was WRITTEN by Moses that He would suffer, die, be buried, and then raised on the THIRD day, it was MORE than just Yeshua quoting OT Scriptures, it was Him explaining or EXPOUNDING to them what was HIDDEN or VEILED within those Scriptures, and this is what YOU cannot do. Why? Blessings in The Name, ImAHebrew/Ken.

    Ken,

Like Spying does, and you simply follow him like a lemon over a cliff, to even contradict the already written texts. And please show us a verse by any apostle telling us to re-interpret their own written words?

Shalom Eliyahu, Peter states some of the things that The Apostle Paul wrote are "hard to be understood." Does that not TEACH you that what Paul wrote needs interpretation/expounding? And that unlearned and unstable individuals misinterpreted or mis-expounded what Paul was meaning in what he wrote? You seem to think that ALL Scripture self explains itself and non of us needs to expound or explain what is written in the Scriptures. Just why did Yeshua tell the Pharisees, "But if ye had known what [this] meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice, ye would not have condemned the guiltless." I'm sure those Pharisees KNEW this Scripture:

Hos 6:6 For I desired mercy, and not sacrifice...
Yet, Yeshua shows it takes more than just knowing about a Scripture, it takes KNOWING what the Scripture MEANS. This seems to be something that is void in your thinking and teaching, or at least you lack the ability to expound or explain the meaning of how the Law leads you to Messiah or how Messiah takes away your sins. Blessings in The Name, ImAHebrew/Ken.
